The uses for the phone numbers in particular will include the following -
- For patients who are enrolled on Digital Adherence Technology: to send informational SMSs or phone calls (either automated or by approved stakeholders including but not limited to call center agents, Everwell staff etc.)
- For staff / treatment supporters: based on the configurations selected on the website/mobile app the platform will send SMSs or other forms of communication. Additionally any approved stakeholders may also reach out by calling these phone numbers directly.
